Episode 3: I believe on my employee

You Xi visited Xi Wei early in the morning bearing handmade breakfast for Xi Wei. Xi Wei ask why prepare breakfast all of a sudden? You Xi say that I know you haven't had breakfast yet so I prepare it, and since I'm your fiancé I've to take care of your health.  You Xi told Xi Wei that she started learning how to prepare bfast so in the future Xi Wei will be able to enjoy full of love breakfast.
Xi Wei told her not to change because of him. You Xi told him that her mom wanted to invite him over for dinner also to discuss about the marriage preparation. Xi Wei told her that she's in charge for the wedding preparation, along as she love it he will have no comment. Xi Wei told You Xi one good news: Hai Lin is not living Tornado, thank's to her though he know that her relationship with Hai Lin is not good but that day you still help company to remain a talented person. Xi Wei ask You Xi to tell him more about her sister. You Xi "can you stop calling her my sister, I do not want to acknowledge this relationship, from small we did not get along also I did not know why Hai Lin has a lying habit."

You Xi meet Hai Lin on her way home in front of the lift, and ask Hai Lin why she stay, didn't she ask to resign and people like her will bring bad luck to the company. Hai Lin say that she just want to help the company. Deep inside Hai Lin say that loving a person though it is difficult yet it is the simplest.

Hai Lin ask Fei Fei how to help the company and she say enter the Plus Team. Frank say not that the plus team is not good, but a processor from abroad just enter into the company do you think you can believe him? Hai Lin directly come into Xi Wei defends mode.

Breaking news say that Color Bike activity have caused accident and the representative say it is due to Tornado product.

 

Fei Fei and Hai Lin meet the representative and told him that this matter will be settled according to the company rules. The pervert representative say that the matter can be solved easily over the dinner. Hai Lin can't see her worker being treated unfairly pushes the representative away.

 

The representative angry and told Lu GM that he's going to hold press conference in regards of this matter and the unprofessional behaviour of Tornado employee. The representative told Xi Wei that he want official apologies from Hai Lin in front of the press. Fei Fei and Hai Lin come into their defines and say that they did nothing wrong but it is him assault Fei Fei first. Xi Wei order them to exit his office first. Xi Wei told the representative that he believe his worker will not do that kind of thing and he'll compensate the loss arise from this accident after he instigate further. At the other end, in the worker office they fuss about how GM will act and think that he'll let the employee take the fall, Hai Lin then think and suggest that she'll just apologise thus the company will have less problem. Xi Wei told her that she did not need to, he will take care of it and she shouldn't apologise for the things she did not do wrong.

Xi Wei take a still in the park, and flashback take us to the time where he cycle together with his father. His father say that all kinds of transportation is in human control, but for bicycle if you pedal it with your feet it will move no matter what.

Nearby Hai Lin lit a candle that she place on top of her paper boat and float it, praying that the company will be able to pass through this hardship so did Xi Wei. Xi Wei come over and ask what is she doing here with so many paper boat. Hai Lin reply that someone tell her before that if you put your concern/worry all load up in this paper boat lit a candle on top and let it go in the streams, all your concern/worry will leave along the water. Xi Wei ask who told her about that, and Hai Lin reply that it is her ex-boyfriend. Xi Wei say that her ex boyfriend way of thinking is the same as him when he is younger, but then he realise he has grown up and can't act childish anymore. Xi Wei wish that he can return to childhood where everything seems to be simple. Hai Lin ask him if he want to enjoy his childhood again, Xi Wei say yes and let the boat float. Xi Wei ask Hai Lin why she is so persistent to apologise on behalf of the company. Hai Lin reply him that saying sorry is easy if it can help the company to fix the problem. Xi Wei say that I'll never let my employee take the blame and he as the GM will prove that he is worthy and able to protect his employee.

Hai Lin stare at Xi Wei and flashback to the happy times with Xi Wei at that very place.

You Xi come home and told her mom that she'll invite Hai Lin and HL mother over for dinner as well, and told her to prepare food for 6. You Xi want to show them the big gap difference between the two household. *her mother face*

Ya Li bringing the investigation documents to Xi Hai and told him it is difficult to identify since the parts is being destroy. Xi Hai think it is weird that they try to get rid of evidence that can prove their innocence so quick. They go to the land field and find the bicycle being scraped off. Xi Hai picked up the body part.

Press conference day, Hai Lin co-worker asked her did she really make her mind up to apologise and take the fall? The representative say that this press conference is not about the quality of the bicycle but the employee attitude not only they are uncooperative but one of the employee pushed me. Hai Lin stand up and say that she have reflect her wrong doing and she's willing to appologize but Xi Wei hold Hai Lin and asked the representative if he have any evidence in regards of his employee. *白馬王子在那裡 我想他 只在故事裡－楊承琳* my head suddenly play this part of the song when Xi Wei come, it is part of My Love Drips and drops lyrics by Rainie Yang. The lyrics translate into: Where is my prince charming I think he only exists in the tale.

The representative proceed the press conference and show images about Tornado product. Xi Wei take over the stage and present the press pictures and evidence that the bicycle used in this activity is not Tornado's. The representative smuggle the real product and replace it will some knock-offs.

Hai Lin thank's Xi Wei for today. Xi Wei say no need to as it is part of his responsibility to protect his employee. You Xi come over to witness this exchange. So she invite Hai Lin for tonight dinner, HL mother has agree to this.

Over the dinner, You Xi asked Hai Lin in regard of the press conference and You Xi say she is worry that any kind of negative publication will effect their upcoming marriage plan. Daddy ask when will their marriage be held, he's very excited he can't wait till the day You Xi and Xi Wei settled, looked for Hai Lin marriage prospect and the family will be complete. You Xi asked Hai Lin if she did have boyfriend and Hai Lin say no. Daddy ask Xi Wei to introduce some candidate of his acquaintance to Hai Lin. Xi Wei think of Ya Li and suggest a double date over the weekend.

On their way, Ya Li told Hai Lin this is the first time not only Xi Wei did not ask to work overtime but asking for a holiday. Ya Li also say thank's to Hai Lin joining them today that he won't feel lonely seeing both being so sweet.

Perfect swing for Xi Wei but not for You Xi, so they excuse themselves to pick up the ball. Ya Li told Hai Lin that they really can't act. Hai Lin say I'm sorry I also have no choice. and Ya Li asked is my requirement that bad and Hai Lin say no it is just that she have someone she like already. Ya Li see through this and asked if it is Xi Wei *so smart you, let me give u a kiss*. Hai Lin say no it is her ex boyfriend, five years ago she meet him at the exhibition near by the international ballet event arena but now he have gone to somewhere far away and we'll never get back together.

Xi Wei and You Xi comeback, Ya Li told Xi Wei did u remember 5years ago ballet avenue, and told him that actually at that time Hai Lin is around as well. Ya Li told Hai Lin that 5 years ago Xi Hai is trapped inside the fire and You Xi is the one who save her, only if that year, the one who safe you (Xi Wei) is little sister not big sister, perhaps now you will be dating Hai Lin. Xi Hai come to You Xi aid and told her not to fret over it and Ya Li is just joking. Hai Lin excuse herself, so did You Xi.

Hai Lin told You Xi that Ya Li really like to play lame jokes, and don't take it seriously. You Xi told Hai Lin that during that time she witness everything, Hai Lin is the one who rescue Xi Wei, and ask why she left Xi Wei alone and walk away? Hai Lin reply that Xi Wei have paramedics already so she did not have any reason to stay. You Xi told Hai Lin that Xi Wei is her high school friend, accident happened upon him that's why I am worried and follow him. Also from there onwards she take care of Xi Wei. Hai Lin said she know it, though that time she is the one who rescue Xi Wei but she is the one who is beside Xi Wei all time long. Also Hai Lin told her to rest assure that she will not tell anyone about this. You Xi thank's Hai Lin and asking why she is willing to help her? Hai Lin reply that since they are sister though You Xi might not think like that.


My Opinion:

I think Hai Lin will jump off the cliff if she need to save Xi Hai, well she practically did it before.. Hai Lin is willing to do anything for the sake of Xi Hai welfare. Going to pat Ya Li in the head for being a brilliant secretary. That is not one lame joke it could be facts, Xi Hai.
