A Wedding Invitation 分手合约 Recap

This movie air on April 2013. I technically watched this last night before bed, I cried a river and of course I wake up with supper puffy eyes.. Gosh.. I typically love this kind of movies, where there's a mixture between sweetness, laughter and heart-wrenching. The guy character portray here is just totally my cup of coffee.. You'll see why.. Be careful major spoiler..

Recap:

The movie starts with He Qiao Qiao (by Bai Bai He) having dumpling for lunch which looks tasteless and a mess, then everyday the bento differ. And we see someone is changing Qiao Qiao bento lid with his own bento, Li Xing (Eddie Peng). They then become high school sweethearts, they graduate from universities and Qiao Qiao initiate breakup, since she's moving to Shanghai since and not to give up their own dream like, if he can be come great chef so she can also be great designer, and if Li Xing can affor to buy her Lan Yu wedding dress then she will squeeze to fit the dress. Li Xing then say okay let's breakup, but asking for how long.. Qiao Qiao say nothing like breakup for how long but then settle with 5yrs, and if by the end of 5yrs both side still have no partner they they will both marry and they stamp the agreement which is being safekeeping in one coffee house. One day, Qiao Qiao pass by Lan Yu studio, took a polaroid of a wedding dress.

Both is a very light rom-com and well animated movie.
